Jean-François is an expert in consumer and shopper research. He uses his expertise to help companies shape their marketing strategy and innovation agenda.
Over the past 20 years, his interests have been understanding the motivations, emotions and insight that trigger an ever-changing, complex and over-informed consumer.
Graduated from ESSEC business school, he was first trained in qualitative research at Hansen, before founding his own research agency ID MAP in 2006 – which became DR Innovation after joining the Dragon Rouge group of companies in 2013.
Jean-François has a strong background in various marketing and merchandising projects, with a specific focus in commercial architecture and retail.
His track record includes domestic and international work for major brands such as L’Oréal, La Poste, Bouygues Telecom, McDonald’s, Kellogg’s, Système U, Leroy Merlin, Unibail-Rodamco…
